Customer: In-house marketing campaign.
Business Objective: Company announcement of cross media marketing capabilities to current customer base with augmented B2B list. To have clients experience first hand the process and uniqueness of a personalized, print/web based marketing tool - the final goal being recognizing the value and potential to reaching within the marketplace their own products and/or services.
Solution: Design and develop an integrated marketing campaign with a system of applied metrics for ROI and lead to sales conversions.
Results: Customer list and B2B list comprised of 2300. Landing page and completed surveys resulted in a 117 leads. Follow-up on leads results in 14 new orders and 11 sustained new customers. ROI is on-going as new customer business relationships solidify and new opportunities arise.
